dates for Sumfest 2008 have been confirmed. Red Stripe Reggae Sumfest
2008 will be held from July 13th to July 19th, 2008. Reggae Music fans had another GREAT Year here in Montego Bay with SumFest 2007!

Sumfest
had a 'CRYSTAL' year
A bumper crowd of media, artistes and entertainment interests filled the east lawn of Devon House in Kingston Wednesday night, as the organizers of Reggae Sumfest kicked off their 15th anniversary edition with a launch party that mixed brief performances with testimonials from the directors and sponsors. The week-long festival began July 15, with a beach party featuring the Fab Five band. The Dancehall night, dubbed, 'The Xplosion' kicked off the signature three nights on July 19, followed by Friday night's 'The Evolution' and the closing night, 'The Zenith'. Those nights were headlined by such hit-makers as Shaggy and Mary J Blige. Other artists included: Morgan Heritage, Buju Banton, Richie Spice, Beres Hammond, Tanja Stevens, Leroy Sibbles, Beenie Man and Lady Saw and many more...
